Cr\u00e9\u00e9 et g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l&#8217;association am\u00e9ricaine &#8220;People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals&#8221;, connue sous son acronyme PETA, ce logo atteste que le produit cosm\u00e9tique qui l&#8217;arbore :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>ne contient aucune substance d\u2019origine animale,<\/li>\n<li>a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u, et est produit sans aucun test sur animal, ni aucune autre\u00a0maltraitance animale,<\/li>\n<li>n&#8217;est pas commercialis\u00e9\u00a0dans les pays o\u00f9 les tests sur animaux sont obligatoires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Europe, o\u00f9 l&#8217;exp\u00e9rimentation animale est interdite par l&#8217;article 18 du r\u00e8glement (CE) n\u00b0 1223\/2009, \u00a0l&#8217;apposition du logo est malvenue.\u00a0Le logo peut \u00eatre tenu pour d\u00e9nigrant, en\u00a0laissant supposer que la concurrence qui ne l&#8217;affiche\u00a0pas est cruelle avec les animaux. Son\u00a0premier combat a \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9 contre la fourrure avec un slogan fameux &#8220;Rather nacked than fur ! \/ Plut\u00f4t \u00e0 poil\u00a0qu&#8217;en fourrure !&#8221; joliment illustr\u00e9 en son temps par Kim Basinger puis ensuite sa fille.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;Europe de la cosm\u00e9tique a satisfait\u00a0aux exigences l\u00e9gitimes de PETA en 2009.
